3. Subject of the Contract: Product and Price

  • The type, quantity, brand/model, and color of the product subject to this contract are as stated on the website.
  • The advertised prices are valid until updated or the campaign period ends.
  • The total sales price of the products, including all taxes and shipping costs, is clearly displayed in the shopping cart before payment confirmation.

4. Delivery and Shipping Information

  • Delivery Time: The SELLER will deliver the product to the BUYER or to the person/entity at the address indicated, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days from the order date.
  • Shipping Fee: Unless otherwise stated in the shopping cart, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the SELLER.
  • International Shipments: For international shipments, customs duties and any additional charges are entirely the responsibility of the BUYER, and these amounts cannot be precisely calculated in advance.
  • Inspection Obligation: The BUYER is obligated to inspect the product upon delivery; products that are dented, broken, or have damaged packaging should not be accepted from the shipping company, and a "Damage Assessment Report" must be completed. Products accepted without a report will be considered undamaged and in good condition.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • Time Limit: The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to him/her or to the person at the address indicated.
  • Terms of Use: To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be given to the SELLER, and the product must be in a condition suitable for resale (unused, with undamaged packaging).
  • Return Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for products returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.
  • International Exception: Orders with international delivery are final; the right of withdrawal only applies if the product is defective. The costs arising from withdrawal are the responsibility of the BUYER.

6. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised (Health and Hygiene)

The BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal under the legislation in the following cases:

  • Products specially prepared according to the BUYER's requests or personal needs.
  • Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, and wrapping have been opened after delivery; and which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons (eye wipes, pacifiers, breast pumps, food supplements, etc.).
  • Products whose hygienic integrity has been compromised, such as baby/children's items.
  • Services or intangible goods delivered instantly in an electronic environment.
  • Products that cannot be returned are also specified in the distance selling contract. The seller's rights are reserved.

7. Defective Goods and Return Conditions

  • The BUYER must report any claim that the product is defective within 3 days.
  • If a defective product is identified, an exchange will be made first; if this is not possible, the right to a refund will be exercised.
  • The SELLER is not responsible for deformations caused by misuse.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • The BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts in the place where the goods were purchased or where the BUYER resides, regarding complaints and objections, within the monetary limits determined annually.

Confirmation: By completing the order, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read and electronically approved all the terms and conditions in this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement consisting of 13 clauses.
