Explicit Consent Text Regarding Commercial Electronic Communications and the Processing of Personal Data
I have read and understood the Clarification Text provided by www.lookcare.com.
Within this scope;
1. Commercial Electronic Communication Consent: I consent to the processing of my personal data (name, surname, mobile phone number, payment-related information, e-mail) for the purpose of sending me campaigns, discounts, customer satisfaction determinations, customer surveys, promotions and general information regarding baby products, food supplements and other health products offered by www.lookcare.com, via SMS, e-mail or calls, and to the transfer of such data, limited to this purpose, to the communication management systems from which services are obtained.
2. Processing of Special Category Personal Data: I explicitly consent to the processing of information that I share during baby health, nutrition preferences or food supplement usage processes and that may be considered “special category personal data” under the KVKK (allergy information, health history, etc.), for the purpose of recommending the most suitable product to me and personalizing order processes.
3- I have been informed that I may at any time request the deletion of my personal data or not to be contacted through communication channels, and I have read and understood the clarification text in this regard.
