I. Cancellation and Return Terms
1. Cancellation Process:
- You may submit a cancellation request through our website or phone line before your order is shipped. Your refund will be reflected to the payment channel you used (credit card/account) within 14 business days, depending on your bank's procedures. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the bank.
2. Return Conditions:
- Right of Withdrawal: You may return the product within 14 days from the date you receive it.
- Hygiene Barrier: Pursuant to Law No. 6502, the return of products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or wrapper have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene (eye wipes, pacifiers, breast pumps, baby products, baby food, vitamins and food supplements, etc.) is strictly not accepted.
- Damage Assessment Report: If the cargo package is crushed, wet or opened, do not accept the product and make the courier prepare a “Damage Assessment Report.” Responsibility for damaged product notifications submitted without a report belongs to the BUYER.
- Return Shipping Cost: The shipping fee for returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal belongs to the SELLER. If the product turns out to be defective, the shipping cost is covered by us.

By visiting www.lookcare.com or making a purchase, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement. Persons under the age of 18 may not shop on our website.

4. Price and Stock Errors:
In the event of obvious pricing mistakes caused by typographical errors or system failures, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the fee.
